About SUP

Stand Up for Peninsula Schools (SUP) is a non-profit 501(c)4 citizens committee that promotes local funding for schools and communicates funding impacts on our students and community. SUP is a volunteer-led school advocacy group for the Peninsula School District. We promote the
yes campaign for local school bonds and levies.

SUP was instrumental in helping pass the 2019 Capital Facilities Bond, which resulted in six major capital projects to address chronic
overcrowding and out-of-date facilities, including 4 new elementary and 2 modernized middle schools. We also helped pass the renewal of the
2016, 2020 and 2023 Educational Programs and Operations Levy, as well as the 2023 Safety, Security and Technology Levy. SUP has spent years
building relationships in our community and communicating the importance of local funding for the continued success of our schools.
